GigEquipment

Equipment going to one gig: a number of a counted kind (12 uplights for the reception) or one unit by name (truck CV 2), optionally for one of the gig’s products, with who is responsible for it and whether it has been loaded and returned.

  • The unit, for kinds tracked by unit. A unit can be on one gig a day. References equipment.id.

  • The kind. Taken from the unit when equipment_id is given. References equipment_types.id.

  • References gigs.id.

  • The part of the gig it serves, e.g. the reception. Empty for equipment the whole gig uses, like the truck. Removing the product from the gig removes its equipment. References gig_products.id.

  • Defaults to the unit’s or the kind’s label.

  • When it was marked loaded for the gig.

  • Who marked it loaded.

  • How many, for counted kinds. 1 for a unit.

  • When it was marked returned to the warehouse.

  • Who marked it returned.

  • Who is responsible for it on the gig: the driver of a truck, the tech who runs a rig. References staff_members.id.

  • planned until marked loaded, then loaded, then returned once it is back at the warehouse.
